THIS WEEK ON PERSONAL HYGIENE IS FOR CONFORMIST BASTARDS- NORWAY!
The next in our on-going Scandinavian Punk and Politics Series: NORWAY. Fuck yeah- let's punk! (with or without any tracks by Seppo Goes to Holocaust, anybody got some?).
We'll be looking mainly at '80's and '90's Norwegian punk/hardcore- no black metal this time (that's going to have to be a whole weekend-long program involving conferences, workshops, art exhibitions, keyboardist speed-dating and lots and lots of Karo syrup) and talking about the recent Norwegian elections in which the (Center Left) Red-Green Coalition has come to power, how Red and how Green? We'll just see. Plus a bit on the Progress Party and anarchistish goings-on to boot!
Saturday, Sept.17th 9-11 AM (or so) with that Hostess Ding Dong Herself, Miss Heidi Lorraine.
